Stephanie's story
Stephanie Allen co-founded AirWorks Heating, Air & Plumbing with her husband, Kevin, in 2010. After finishing graduate school at the University of Alabama, the two moved home to Camarillo and opened the company together that August.
From the start, Stephanie handled the administrative side of the business while Kevin ran service and installations. As the company grew, she built out the full Administrative Support Team that keeps every job organized, on schedule, and backed by responsive customer care.
Her focus has always been simple: treat every customer like family and earn their trust for life — the standard AirWorks Heating, Air & Plumbing still runs on today.
