AirWorks Solutions, Inc. is a family-run HVAC and plumbing company serving Camarillo and all of Ventura County. We started because home service should feel like calling a trusted neighbor — not a faceless corporation.

Where it started
The moment that became a company
The refusal that set the standard for everything AirWorks does.
While Stephanie was earning her graduate degree at the University of Alabama, Kevin was working for a residential HVAC contractor. One day, his boss told him to sell an elderly woman a brand-new system — when all she needed was an inexpensive part. Kevin refused.

His boss gave him an ultimatum: sell the system, or don't have a job the next day. Kevin walked. “It wasn't a deal breaker,” he says. “That just meant that place wasn't right for me and my morals.”
It wasn't Kevin who decided to start AirWorks — it was Stephanie.
“When Kevin had that test of his integrity, I knew that when we moved back home to start our family, we should start a business as well. Together, Kevin and I can do anything. All Kevin had to do was show up as authentically Kevin — and we'd be fine.”

They moved home to Camarillo in May 2010 and opened AirWorks Solutions that August. Years later, that same principle still guides every visit.

Where it began
Kevin starts his career in commercial HVAC in Ventura County — mastering the craft and standards that would one day define AirWorks.
AirWorks is born
Kevin and Stephanie move home to Camarillo and open AirWorks Solutions — Kevin on the trucks, Stephanie running the business.
Incorporated
AirWorks Solutions, Inc. is formed — growing trust across Ventura County and building a team that shares the same values.
Entrepreneur of the Year
