Kevin Allen co-founded AirWorks Solutions with his wife, Stephanie, opening the doors in Camarillo in August 2010. His HVAC career started years earlier — he began working in commercial heating and air conditioning across Ventura County in 2002.

The decision to go out on his own came down to values. While working for a residential contractor, Kevin refused to sell an elderly customer a brand-new system when all she needed was an inexpensive part. That insistence on honest recommendations over easy upsells became the foundation of AirWorks Solutions.

Today, Kevin leads the company's Service and Installation departments, serving homeowners and businesses throughout Ventura County with the same straightforward, customer-first approach the company was built on.

Stephanie Allen co-founded AirWorks Solutions with her husband, Kevin, in 2010. After finishing graduate school at the University of Alabama, the two moved home to Camarillo and opened the company together that August.

From the start, Stephanie handled the administrative side of the business while Kevin ran service and installations. As the company grew, she built out the full Administrative Support Team that keeps every job organized, on schedule, and backed by responsive customer care.

Her focus has always been simple: treat every customer like family and earn their trust for life — the standard AirWorks Solutions still runs on today.
