Our Commitment

AirWorks Solutions, Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards so that all visitors can find information about our heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services and reach us easily.

Conformance Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard most widely referenced for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act. WCAG defines how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work toward conformance on a continuous basis.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML with clear landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and a "Skip to main content" link.
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and accessible names for buttons and links.
  • Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator.
  • Color and contrast chosen to meet AA contrast ratios for text.
  • Responsive layouts that support zoom and reflow on phones, tablets, and desktops.
  • Respect for the "reduce motion" system setting, which stills non-essential animation.
  • Forms with associated labels and clear error and confirmation messaging.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Areas we are actively working on include third-party tools embedded on the site — such as online scheduling and chat, financing applications, maps, and review widgets — which are controlled by their providers, and certain older documents or media. We monitor these and pursue accessible alternatives. If you encounter a barrier in any of these areas, please contact us and we will provide the information or complete your request through another channel.
