What you'll do
- Run residential plumbing service calls: leaks, drains, fixtures, water lines
- Install and service tank and tankless water heaters
- Quote upfront, flat-rate pricing before work begins — no surprise invoices
- Support whole-home inspections for Family Comfort Plan members
- Mentor Academy apprentices riding along on your truck
What you'll bring
- 3+ years residential plumbing experience
- Tankless water heater installation experience a strong plus
- Valid California driver's license with a clean record
- Clear communicator — customers should understand every option
- Journeyman card or equivalent experience track
