AirWorks Heating, Air & Plumbing is hiring an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems across Ventura County. You'll run your own calls with full support behind you — and you'll never be pushed to oversell a customer.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and repair residential AC, furnace, and heat pump systems
- Perform seasonal tune-ups and Family Comfort Plan maintenance visits
- Explain findings honestly — show the customer what you found and what it means
- Document work in the field app: photos, readings, recommendations
- Treat every home like your own: shoe covers, drop cloths, clean workspace
What you'll bring
- 2+ years residential HVAC service experience (or strong Academy graduate)
- EPA 608 certification
- Valid California driver's license with a clean record
- Strong diagnostic skills across major brands
- The honesty to tell a customer when a repair beats a replacement
