AirWorks Solutions is hiring an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems across Ventura County. You'll run your own calls with full support behind you — and you'll never be pushed to oversell a customer.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and repair residential AC, furnace, and heat pump systems
- Perform seasonal tune-ups and Family Comfort Plan maintenance visits
- Explain findings honestly — show the customer what you found and what it means
- Document work in the field app: photos, readings, recommendations
- Treat every home like your own: shoe covers, drop cloths, clean workspace
What you'll bring
- 2+ years residential HVAC service experience (or strong Academy graduate)
- EPA 608 certification
- Valid California driver's license with a clean record
- Strong diagnostic skills across major brands
- The honesty to tell a customer when a repair beats a replacement
