AirWorks Solutions is hiring an HVAC Installer for residential system installations across Ventura County — including the growing wave of heat pump conversions driven by California's 2026 Title 24 code. You'll build systems you're proud to put your name on.
What you'll do
- Install heat pumps, condensers, furnaces, air handlers, and ductwork
- Perform load-calculation-based installs to spec — no shortcuts
- Run line sets, electrical whips, and condensate per code
- Coordinate HERS testing and permit inspections
- Leave every job site cleaner than you found it
What you'll bring
- 2+ years residential HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA 608 certification (or willingness to obtain — we'll help)
- Comfortable with attic, rooftop, and tight-space installs
- Valid California driver's license with a clean record
