What you'll do
- Ride along with senior techs and installers every day — real tools, real jobs
- Learn diagnostics, installation, and customer care the AirWorks Way
- Complete structured Academy skill milestones (we track your progress with you)
- Help with site prep, materials, and quality checks while you build skills
- Study for EPA 608 and trade certifications — on our dime
What you'll bring
- No trade experience required — bring work ethic and curiosity
- Valid California driver's license
- Physically ready for the trade: attics, crawlspaces, and 50 lb lifts
- Coachable, punctual, and good with people
