The fine print: Membership discount not to be combined with an other offers — we’ll always give our members the best price offered! Full system, mini-split, & package unit members received 2 prepaid tune-ups per year; heater only receives 1 prepaid tune-up. Lifetime for equipment is considered 12 years — if part is replaced on a 12+ year old system, the warranty is 1 year on the parts and labor for members. Discount begins on date of enrollment. Max install credit is $1200 per system. Heater-only plan banks $50 per year up to $600. For extended warranty and credit, membership must be active and not have lapsed, with regular mantenances conducted. Monthly plan members can use prepaid visit starting in month 5. Technicians will change filter at time of tun-up if owner provides or purchases filter add-on.
