What you'll do
- Answer inbound calls and texts; book and confirm appointments
- Dispatch and route technicians across Ventura County efficiently
- Follow up on estimates, Family Comfort Plan renewals, and reviews
- Keep customer records clean in the office systems
- Coordinate emergency calls with on-call technicians
What you'll bring
- Customer service experience (home services or scheduling a plus)
- Warm on the phone under pressure — empathy is the job
- Organized multitasker comfortable with dispatch software
- Reliable, punctual, team-first
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
